In 2015, the MH-MA Board of Directors created a 2020 Vision, focused on making Maur Hill-Mount Academy one of the top Catholic boarding schools in the nation. This campaign had four main goals - 1) Be one of the top Catholic boarding schools in the country, 2) Faith, Truth, Excellence happen daily, 3) we give a great first impression and it gets better from there, 4) the MH-MA experience changes students and prepares them to succeed in college and the world. To achieve these goals, a $4.2 million campaign 皇冠hg0088备用网址was launched.

$2.2 million will go towards improvements on campus and the educational experience, while $2 million皇冠hg0088备用网址 will go to the school endowment to create additional long-term stability for the school.

On the improvements side, we only have $450,000 to go. As you look around campus, you will see a new school entrance, improvements to landscaping, additions to several athletic facilities, and upgrades in the academic building. Once the goal is reached, we will renovate the cafeteria, improve the exteriors of the dorms, and install the last new Air-Conditioning unit in the academic building.

Since kicking off this campaign, the endowment has received $1.3 million and is only $700,000 away from reaching this goal.

Would YOU like to help Maur Hill-Mount Academy become one of the best Catholic boarding schools in the nation? Please consider a donation today.

Step 1 of 2020 Campaign: Entrance to Excellence   COMPLETED

At MH-MA, we never stop striving for excellence. We want to achieve greatness in every possible area and that needs to start with a great first impression. This is why the “Entrance to Excellence” was created.  This remodel is part of the overall 2020 vision for the school and the next step in making the entire campus look and feel like a top Catholic boarding school. The remodel includes a central plaza area, featuring a fountain with a statue of St. Maur rescuing St. Placid. A new drop-off circle and drive were also created. Overall, the project cost $260,000. With this new entrance now complete, we can continue to improve the entire campus through the 2020 vision campaign.
